Corryong businesses burgled during bush festival
Police are investigating thefts from two businesses in Corryong's main street earlier this morning.
It is believed the first incident occurred just before 6am when the glass door of the vending machine at the Corryong Laundromat was smashed and drinks and snacks and possibly cash were taken.
There was a subsequent break-in at the IGA supermarket a short time later where it appears stocks of cigarettes were targeted.
The offender or offenders injured themselves at the laundromat and there was a trail of blood from there to the supermarket.
Police forensics services are processing the crime scenes including video footage and both businesses will be closed for several hours.
Anyone who has information about the incidents or who noticed any suspicious activity around the time is urged to contact Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.
